Albacore Tuna Loin

Our North Pacific Albacore is globally sought-after for its high oil content, and is packed full of protein and nutrients. Caught as young fish (between 1 to 3 years old), these have the lowest mercury content of any other tuna on the market, so eat as much as you’d like, worry-free. Try it sashimi-style, seared or fully cooked.

Our loins vary in size from 0.9lbs - 1.6lbs. Price is based on 1.25lbs and can be adjusted at pickup.
