Pacific halibut is one of the most popular fish on our coast. Coveted by fishers and consumers alike. Known for being easy to cook and absolutely delicious, white and flakey, yet pleasantly firm, with a gentle flavour that pairs great with lemon, garlic, butter, you name it- and still has the strength to shine on its own.

Our individual portions are 6 oz and sold individually or by the 10 lbs case.
