Octopus Tentacles

Giant Pacific octopus can be found in abundance up and down the BC coast, even in Vancouver’s own Burrard Inlet. Octopus has been a staple part of cuisine in Asia and the Mediterranean for generations and has been gaining more momentum in North America. It offers a meaty-yet-sweet taste that—when cooked correctly—yields a tender, delicious and healthy protein that’s rich in many vital nutrients.

Our tentacle tubs are in 1 lb or 2 lb net portions, frozen in seawater.
