Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY

We will be offering home delivery to certain locations in Metro Vancouver from 8:00am every Thursday.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival time. Because of the perishable nature of our product we ask that you order based on your home availability to ensure the best version of our product. In cases when you aren't home we will leave outside in our insulated re-usable grocery bag.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $200 within the lower mainland. For orders under $200, there will be a charge dependent on the Zone you have selected.

CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING

Right now we are only offering shipping for our shelf stable cans and merchandise throughout Canada. There are no minimum orders, however shipping/delivery charges are calculated by Canada post  and vary by location unless your order is over $200, then shipping is complimentary anywhere we service.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and you will find your tracking number attached.

If you haven’t received your order within the specified date and time range of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@goodfish.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

STORE PICKUP

We will be offering store pick up every Wednesday between 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at our False creek fisherman's wharf location,  No delivery charge is applied to these pickup orders.

If you live outside of Vancouver and want to purchase seafood don't worry. We will be delivering to certain pick up locations in the Sea to Sky region, Vancouver island and the Okanagan once a month. Meet us at your selected pickup location at the scheduled time. Look for our big white van with the Goodfish flag flying and we will have your order ready.

RETURNS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@goodfish.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
